I use Berry's Coaches fairly frequently to travel to and from London. I like the fact that they stop nowhere between Codford and London apart from usual traffic problems. So far all the drivers have been very competent. The company is occasionally let down by unprofessional members of staff who just want an easy life and say "just get on and sit anywhere" and don't bring any refreshments around during the journey but that is unusual thank goodness. The more professional hostesses tell you your seat number so that everyone has a seat sitting with their friends or family and it is not a free-for-all bunfight to find a seat. You can book specific premier seats if you want to but even they may not materialize if you get the wrong hostess looking after the customers! On the whole I really like this service when everything comes together, it is Direct and comfortable and, traffic permitting, usually fairly well on time. The coaches are modern and comfortable apart from one coach with tables and backward facing seats which is quite an unpleasant ride if you end up facing the wrong way and with seatbelts which try to strangle you! I noticed One review mentioning that their coffee was taken away from them.... it is only HOT food and drink which is not allowed, you can bring your own snacks and cold drinks if you want to but they do serve tea, coffee and snacks usually on board. All Things Considered this is a pleasant and direct way to get to and from London and although Hammersmith bus station is not a pleasant place it is handy for Heathrow in One Direction and Central London in the other using the underground.

A Glastonbury holiday Travelled recently from London to Glastonbury and back. Very comfortable coach, Good driver, very convenient, just don't arrive late. But then trains always leave on time so why should coaches hang around. I found a clean modern loo,but as its down some steps you do feel you take your life in your hands to get there, better not drink too much before the trip I suggest, but at least it's there if you need it. Recommend it as a way to travel to Glastonbury, wish they did more runs in the day then it would be perfect.

Excellent service from Bridgwater to Hammersmith Station over the years. Great onboard snacks service during what has always been an ontime enjoyable sojourn. Will be travelling again on this run to a hub where you can shoot off into so many directions. Short bus rides to the South Bank....Consistently good.....

Used a lot over the years, mostly very good service. Good value compared to the train. Wish the loo was bigger though,I can't imagine obese people could even get in there to use it

Returned from Hammersmith yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience , all around me appeared friendly and relaxed and the young man who was stewarding was excellent .

BEST WAY TO TRAVEL! Moving to Somerset from Kent five years ago and after a few dreadful train experiences between Somerset and London we ditched the unreliable and overpriced train when we were recommended to Berry's Coaches. We have not returned to trains since. So far Berry's have never let us down. Always on time, comfortable and friendly and cheaper than the train. We absolutely love them and tell everyone to use them. Would we recommend Berry's YES!

Highly recommend!! Ideal pick up point in Bridgwater and great drop off location at Hammersmith bus station. Efficient service and friendly staff. Clean and tidy coach. Would highly recommend!!

Superfast 3 was excellent! Had a great day using Superfast 3, the coach arrived on time (for both the outward and return journeys), the staff were excellent, and the journey time was really quick (just 1hr 55m to get home from Hammersmith to my drop off point). Hammersmith coach station was easy to figure out too as everything was really well signposted. Will definitely travel with them again at some point.

Storm Ciara didn't stop Berry's Coaches. Used Berry's for 1st time on 9th February, the day Storm Ciara struck. The service was brilliant, on time on outward and return, coaches clean and crews cheerful, polite and efficient. Thanks to Sue and Andy on outward and Arran and Steve on return journies. Will most certainly be using again, so much cheaper than train and way less stressful than driving.

A great service every step of the way! Helpful staff, Cheerful driver, a clean bus and a journey that was comfortable and reliable. My first time travelling via coach to and from London. a Service I will recommend others to take.

Yesterday I travelled from Ilminster to London. I travelled up on the early coach ( 7:30) and returned on the later coach leaving Hammersmith at 6:15 arriving back at 9:30. The coaches were punctual, the service excellent and the coach comfortable. Thank you, I will be using this route again.
