What Information We Collect

When you submit a quote enquiry through our website, we collect:

• Your name, email address and telephone number
• Pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, vehicle and passenger requirements
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and how you use our site (via cookies — see below)

How We Use Your Information, and Who We Share It With

When you submit a quote request through our site, who receives your enquiry and contact details depends on the type of listing you enquired through:

• Standard listings: your enquiry is shared with the operator named on the listing, other relevant local operators who may be able to fulfil your request, and our national provider network — so you can receive multiple competitive quotes rather than relying on a single operator’s availability.
• Exclusive listings: your enquiry is shared only with the operator named on the listing. It is not shared with any other operator or our national provider network.

We only do this with your agreement. Before submitting an enquiry, you will be asked to confirm you understand and agree to this by ticking a consent box. If you do not agree, you can contact a listed operator directly using the phone number or email shown on their listing instead of using the quote form.

We do not sell your information to advertisers, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in to receive it.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent (given via the checkbox at the point of enquiry) for sharing your enquiry with operators and our provider network, and on the basis of legitimate interest for essential website operation, security and fraud prevention.

Cookies

We use cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the site functions. We do not control cookies set by third-party advertisers and recommend checking their own privacy policies for details.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your enquiry data for 6 months from the date of your enquiry, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised, unless:

• your enquiry results in a booking, in which case we retain the relevant records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes (currently 6 years, in line with UK tax law); or
• we are otherwise required to keep it longer by law.

Security

We use appropriate administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorised access. We regularly review the accuracy of the data we hold and securely delete information no longer needed for a valid business purpose.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it;
• object to or restrict certain processing; and
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
