Navigator Coaches, based in Otley in Suffolk to the north of Ipswich, was established in February 2020. We cater for Private Hire and Excursions as well as Home to School Contracts. Our fleet ranges from 16 to 53 seater coaches.
Mark Maile, the owner, having served in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary for 20 years and then in various roles within the coach industry from driver through to transport manager as well as a short career with the police, decided to set up the company to put his knowledge into practice.
Our coach drivers are well trained, experienced, well presented and courteous delivering first class customer service.
Our office staff have extensive knowledge of the coach industry and are there to help tailor any travel requirements to suit your needs and ensure you have a first class experience and happily return to us again in the future.
