Ingleby's Coaches
The Company was founded in May 1968 by Mr Chris Ingleby with one white ford transit twelve seater mini bus and was initially known as Ingleby Mini Coaches.
Four years later, the first full sized coach was purchased and the trading name changed to Ingleby’s Luxury Coaches. In 1977 the company moved from rented premises to their current site on Hospital Fields Road, Fulford Industrial Estate.

Over the years the fleet has increased to its present size with vehicles ranging from 8 to 72 seats with a policy of quality not quantity, believing that the concern for a High Quality Service is the starting block for Professionalism.
In 2018 the company celebrated 50 years of service to York and the surrounding area. Pictured cutting the celebratory 50th Anniversary cake is Roy Atkinson, Director and Chief Engineer who has worked for the Company for 42 of its 50 years!
