Our family business was founded back in 1872 by Robert Shaw in the seaside village of Silverdale in the heart of Lancashire.

Today the family continues to maintain the objectives for high quality and service set by our founder from our modern, purpose-built coach & travel centre, which is ideally situated in the centre of the United Kingdom alongside the M6 motorway.

These include Private Hire, a range of exciting daily excursions from shopping trips to sightseeing tours, a comprehensive holiday programme with short breaks, UK & Continental tours, educational visits, corporate travel and tailor-made tours for group travel.

The Travellers Choice is very much a family business and was founded back in 1872 by Robert Shaw in the days of the horse and cart.

We are now one of the largest family owned and run coach operators in the North West and our success is founded in providing high quality services.
