Who and where we are?
Phil Smith Travel, based in the village of Stramshall, just outside of Uttoxeter, provides all our customers with a comfortable and safe coach and minibuses hire service. With excellent links to the A50, M1 and M6, we are 30 minutes away from Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Stone, Stafford, Ashbourne, and Lichfield.
At Phil Smith Travel we put all our customers first and believes the safety of our passengers is paramount and employ highly experienced personnel to ensure the highest of standards are maintained. All our coaches have seatbelts fitted and are driven by experienced drivers, who are all DBS Checked (previously CRB) and trained to deal with all eventualities that could arise.

Due to our professional attitude and excellent time keeping, we have grown into a successful business with years of experience in the industry. Our dedicated drivers offer that personal touch and take great care to ensure your travel arrangements are carried out professionally, comfortably, safely, promptly and in a friendly manner.
We operate from our own premises and have a fully equipped workshop to ensure our coaches are fully maintained, in accordance with all legal regulations. We can offer a modern fleet of vehicles, ranging from 16 seat minibuses to 19,22 and 35 seat midi-coaches and up to 49 and 53 seat luxury and executive coaches. We also have the option of a luggage trailer, for groups with high luggage capacity needs.
With an international operator’s licence, we can cater for all trips, from local to anywhere in the UK and Europe we have the right coach for you, we are sure you will travel in comfort and arrive in style!
