Good morning I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your brilliant service last Thursday on our trip to London. Simon the driver was so helpful and friendly, please do pass on my heartfelt thanks. I was a bit nervous taking students to a very prestigious law firm in The City and negotiating all the moving parts of the day but it couldn't have gone any better. The coach was gorgeous and we all felt like royalty! Incidentally - the trip was organised to try and help our local young people aspire to aim for top jobs in The City and they overwhelmingly said they now felt a career there was within their reach. Dear Maretts Coaches, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks for providing us with such an exceptional coach driver for our Year 6 residential (Friday 26th June to Monday 29th June) to Hilltop Outdoor Centre Norfolk. From the moment we left until we safely arrived back home, Duncan was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, calm, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the whole journey. Travelling with a large group of Year 6 children can sometimes be unpredictable, but Duncan's warm, reassuring manner immediately put both the children and staff at ease. What really stood out was the genuine interest he took in our children. He quickly realised that one of our pupils has a huge passion for planes, and as we passed the RAF base, he made sure to point it out to us. It was such a thoughtful gesture, but it absolutely made that child's day. In fact, he was so thrilled that he asked me to make sure I gave Duncan a five-star review! It was one of those small acts of kindness that had such a big impact. Duncan was professional, approachable and an absolute pleasure to travel with. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his patience, friendliness and positive attitude helped make the journey just as enjoyable as the residential itself. Please could you pass on our heartfelt thanks to Duncan and let him know just how much we appreciated everything he did for us. He is a real credit to Marretts Coaches, and if we have the opportunity to book with you again in the future, we would be delighted to travel with him. Excellent service from Marrets Chariots for our coach transfer to and from Heathrow in May. The booking team were very helpful throughout, and our driver Keith was fantastic. He went above and beyond, even meeting us in Arrivals and helping us get back to the coach after our flight. Friendly, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommended.
