The SMC Coach Hire team have over 30 years of experience working in the transportation industry. From our humble beginnings as a family run company in the North West of England, the high level of service we offer together with our customer focused approach has allowed us to grow in to one of the leading suppliers across the UK.
Background
We started our company to help customers get exactly the deal they need.
We had developed a clear understanding of how the coach hire industry worked from our time within, and we felt strongly that by developing connections with our customers and the communities within which we work, we could make a better company.
A Higher Level of Service
We offer three primary service levels to our customers, with standard, executive and luxury coaches all on offer for any given trip. We also offer minibus and disabled access coach options.
Our belief is that when you arrange a coach trip, you deserve a great level of service for the price you pay. We work to ensure that anyone on one of our trips will be comfortable and content at minimum at all times.
This philosophy has resonated with our customers and it’s the success that’s given us which has allowed us to thrive and expand to the point that we can service customers across the UK.
Making a Difference
What started as a family run business with community minded goals has developed and grown into something more, but we’ve never lost our sense of connection to a wider community. SMC Coach Hire works with many charities to support causes all over the world, with some of our favourites being the Green Paw Project, Made in Malawi, and Galakan Ethiopia.
