Excellent, I was a passenger on a booked shearngs tour. The coach was in pristine condition, clean. The driver Diane drove us all without fault and exceedingly safely she is kind and considerate to all the passengers. I highly recommend this company

My friend and I lost a tyre on the very remote Birker Fell while travelling back from a long and demanding walk in the Lake District. We didn’t have a spare and my recovery service couldn’t get a vehicle up there. Instead, they contacted CMAC who managed to find a driver, Torres, from Getaway Travel, who was willing to attend and drive us both back to Preston. He arrived at 02:00 and got us back just after 04:00. Torres was absolutely lovely and we chatted away all the way back while my mate slept in the back. We were just so grateful that he was willing to come out at such an ungodly hour.

They go above and beyond. We have enjoyed several trips out now and cant recommend highly enough. Thank you, greenslades

Recently received return transport for group of 15 from Glasgow to Edinburgh. Great service, Punctual, friendly drivers, good communication prior to arrival. Would Recommend.

Good afternoon Jackie, I recently hired one of your minibus (for Saturday 18th November) going from Sedgeford to the Thursford show. I would just like to say, on behalf of myself and the other passengers, a very big 'THANK YOU'. The driver Bruno, was on time, polite, courteous and extremely professional. We all commented on the cleanliness and presentation of the minibus (and trust me when I say we have been in some very ropey ones in the past!!) It was good to see that even in these economically difficult times, a company still remembering that good customer service costs nothing, even if petrol etc has gone sky high!! We booked this company to transport us to an event in Coventry. The coach was incredibly clean, comfortable and even had a Tv on board which the kids loved. We hired a coach to take the Contemporary Arts Society of Wales to take us from Cardiff to Bath for the day. The immaculate Mercedes coach arrived on time with Andrew at the wheel. He was a very skilled, helpful and courteous driver who looked after the party well. The arrangements were made by Nikki who was very kind and efficient. We all thought that Gwyn Jones coaches were a terrific company and would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to thank you for your exemplary service in providing a coach to take our wedding guests to the Bridal Barn last Saturday. Much fun was had by the guests on the coassh and , though anxious not having heard from you the day before.....a relief that the coach had arrived as planned....I missed my text message from the driver until after the event !!. Thanks for a great service at a great price!
