Good afternoon Jackie, I recently hired one of your minibus (for Saturday 18th November) going from Sedgeford to the Thursford show. I would just like to say, on behalf of myself and the other passengers, a very big 'THANK YOU'. The driver Bruno, was on time, polite, courteous and extremely professional. We all commented on the cleanliness and presentation of the minibus (and trust me when I say we have been in some very ropey ones in the past!!) It was good to see that even in these economically difficult times, a company still remembering that good customer service costs nothing, even if petrol etc has gone sky high!! We booked this company to transport us to an event in Coventry. The coach was incredibly clean, comfortable and even had a Tv on board which the kids loved. We hired a coach to take the Contemporary Arts Society of Wales to take us from Cardiff to Bath for the day. The immaculate Mercedes coach arrived on time with Andrew at the wheel. He was a very skilled, helpful and courteous driver who looked after the party well. The arrangements were made by Nikki who was very kind and efficient. We all thought that Gwyn Jones coaches were a terrific company and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Lords Travel. I have used them multiple times for both shows and competitions with my dance school. Always friendly service and the drivers are professional but also a good laugh! Could not fault them!
