Good morning, I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the fabulous service we had from your drivers on Tuesday 24th September when they took us to London for the day. The trip involved lots of destinations and they were very accommodating and adaptable with timings and getting us to safe places to be dropped. To Antony, Lizzie, Shelly & Duncan (and all) We would just like to say a ‘Big Thank You’ to all who assisted in making our trip to Duxford on Sunday a super day out for the cadets and ACF Instructors. I have worked in the ‘industry’ and recognise that you went beyond the extra mile from the outset! From picking up the phone when I called to enquire (3 other companies didn’t!) , the speedy responses to emails any time of the day including evenings and weekends, the ease of making changes to routes and pick up points, update emails, calling me to check details, contact details for driver, tracking option (which I forgot to email you for) etc etc. You took all the stress and concerns out of the whole planning process. Duncan, our driver, is superb. From the minute he pulled up at the first pick up (dead on time) till he dropped us off he was brilliantly professional and friendly. He made it a totally relaxed day, definitely an asset to your team! It was a bonus he got a chance to look round the IWM tooJ . Duncan made a good day a great day! (Please do tell him not to fret about the smaller seats and mirror that wiggled itself loose. I know he was concerned but we all know the issues that can side swipe us when least expected!) We could tell some stories of coaches extremely late, not turning up, going to the wrong place, arguing over pick up / drop offs booked, no way of contacting the companies as booked through a massive chain, break downs and grumpy drivers! Somewhat stressful when there’s cold, wet children waiting to be picked up or, even worse, wondering how on earth we are going to get them home! We only wish we could use you for all our cadet travel. It was so refreshing to have a driver who knows the back roads and local area. Unfortunately, the coaches for weekends and camps are booked via our central Brigade who contract it out. But when we need one for any other days out I will certainly be in contact again. Just to say the guys that went to Southend said what a great driver he was , they loved him!

A family of 11 people. We travelled in a minibus of Maretts Chariots from Heathrow airport to Stallham in Norfolk, and back to the airport after a boating holiday. The transportation was excellent. The drivers arrived even before the appointed time. Both drivers were very courteous and drove carefully. The vehicle was clean and polished. The ride was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend using the company's services. If we need such transportation again, there is no doubt that we will turn to them again.

We have used this firm on several occasions and they have always been reliable and professional. The coaches and once a double decker bus were clean and cared for. The drivers have always been helpful and relaxed. We won’t be using any other firm for our next trip out

I had the pleasure of taking a tour of London on Saturday, June 22, 2024, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our Driver, Patrizio, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city, and he made the tour both informative and entertaining. He was also very friendly and accommodating, and he went out of his way to make sure that everyone in the group had a great time. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was much appreciated on a warm summer day. The route of the tour was well-planned, and we saw all of the major sights, including Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, and the Houses of Parliament. Patrizio provided us with plenty of interesting facts and stories about each of the landmarks, and he also gave us some insider tips on where to go and what to see. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting London for the first time.

I just wanted to say that the current driver is the best driver we have had yet; he is reliably on time, helps students with their bags and is always friendly and polite. When he has to park in a slightly different place due to parking restrictions, around a corner, he will get out of the bus, and check that all students are aware of the new parking place. I can’t overstate how good it is to have such a reliable driver and the fraught mornings of calling to find out where a bus is, or when it will be arriving, are now very few and far between.

Every year we hold an event at Tobacco Docks with a footfall of 18,000 customers. So everyone can enjoy a beer or 2 in the sunshine, we run a shuttle service to and from The Bike Shed in Shoreditch, to Tobacco Docks. With Wattsway Travel this was a huge success! See you next year, The Bike Shed x

I want to thank you, on behalf of our group, for giving us such a good and helpful driver. Driver was a joy to be with, both on our travels and at dinner each evening. He always went the extra mile to help us, nothing was too much trouble and he managed to park in some splendidly tight places in order to save our legs!

Excellent, I was a passenger on a booked shearngs tour. The coach was in pristine condition, clean. The driver Diane drove us all without fault and exceedingly safely she is kind and considerate to all the passengers. I highly recommend this company

My friend and I lost a tyre on the very remote Birker Fell while travelling back from a long and demanding walk in the Lake District. We didn’t have a spare and my recovery service couldn’t get a vehicle up there. Instead, they contacted CMAC who managed to find a driver, Torres, from Getaway Travel, who was willing to attend and drive us both back to Preston. He arrived at 02:00 and got us back just after 04:00. Torres was absolutely lovely and we chatted away all the way back while my mate slept in the back. We were just so grateful that he was willing to come out at such an ungodly hour.

They go above and beyond. We have enjoyed several trips out now and cant recommend highly enough. Thank you, greenslades
