I just wanted to thank the whole team at Maretts Chariots for their friendly, prompt and efficient service to our organisation Camp Horizon. The drivers were present, and polite. 2 of them even joined in on our activity, giving the kids a real good time all the way. I'd also like to thank one driver whom I unfortunately do not recall his name, who so very kindly offered to wear a "lost" tag, to convince one of the children that "everyone" is wearing one. Our driver Tony was so lovely. It was a hen party so he took good care of us and we really appreciated his friendly and relaxed approach. He arrived to pick us up ahead of time and was there waiting to collect us again on the way home. Great service and we were really very thankful.

We've just had a wonderful long weekend on a residential trip with 60 age 9-11 year olds. Our driver, Keith, was with us all weekend and was brilliant. He was friendly and chatty to us but also excellent with our children and became a big part of our experience all weekend. Our children loved him! He navigated the tricky road outside our school with ease and made the whole journey much less stressful. It was lovely to have him on all the trips out as well as the long journey to and from Norfolk from Hertfordshire. Thanks to Marett's Chariots but especially to Keith.

My son left his wallet on a bus, I didn't expect any success but emailed anyway. Not only did they find it but gave it to the driver to give to my son next time he took the bus. Fantastic customer resolution.

I would just like to say a big thank you for the wonderful coach that took my party down to London on Saturday for the funeral of our son. Spoke to Peter regarding changes to our booking, all sorted he said. Day of travel came, 45 minutes late setting off because the change hadnt been made. Bus was OK but nothing special.

Wasn't very helpful and when things were cancelled, we couldnt get our money back.

As always, an excellent and professional service. Excellent communication throughout the booking process.

Travel with them for years. On there day trips. Also as part of the Hednesford away supporters travel club. Good service and always helpful.

I use Berry's Coaches fairly frequently to travel to and from London. I like the fact that they stop nowhere between Codford and London apart from usual traffic problems. So far all the drivers have been very competent. The company is occasionally let down by unprofessional members of staff who just want an easy life and say "just get on and sit anywhere" and don't bring any refreshments around during the journey but that is unusual thank goodness. The more professional hostesses tell you your seat number so that everyone has a seat sitting with their friends or family and it is not a free-for-all bunfight to find a seat. You can book specific premier seats if you want to but even they may not materialize if you get the wrong hostess looking after the customers! On the whole I really like this service when everything comes together, it is Direct and comfortable and, traffic permitting, usually fairly well on time. The coaches are modern and comfortable apart from one coach with tables and backward facing seats which is quite an unpleasant ride if you end up facing the wrong way and with seatbelts which try to strangle you! I noticed One review mentioning that their coffee was taken away from them.... it is only HOT food and drink which is not allowed, you can bring your own snacks and cold drinks if you want to but they do serve tea, coffee and snacks usually on board. All Things Considered this is a pleasant and direct way to get to and from London and although Hammersmith bus station is not a pleasant place it is handy for Heathrow in One Direction and Central London in the other using the underground.
